HDR problem in NFS HEAT

I have problem in NFS Heat with HDR,when I start game HDR immidietly turn on even I am turned off all the time,also in windows is also turned off,and cant get option to turn it off,its some bug I think,Monitor is Asus XG27UQ,how to temporary disable HDR in game and windows,looks awful.
