Heat studio app not displaying decals in edit mode used on car

Summarize your bug studio app not showing decals in the wrap edit menu. My car shows that I have the wrap made but the decals for that wrap won't load in the list for any of the sides of the car.
What car were you using? Nissan 180sx
Was the car your own build or downloaded from the in-game community? Personal Build
What was the last event you played?
Was it a day or a night event?
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The app updated some of its cars and decals and that's when I noticed the issue.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I go into the decal area the left side blinks and I can see the full wrap as shown in the screenshot. But nothing in the list on the side. When I added a decal to the list it automatically removed the entire wrap as a whole. After I back out to the body kit menu without accepting the changes the wrap comes back. But if I save the change then I will lose what I've made so I'm not going to save changes and leave the car as is.
What do you expect to see? I expect the decals to be loaded in the correct order of how I placed them on the car and not go missing from the list and still be displayed on the car if that makes sense?
