Me and my buddies are having the exact same problem. I hope this can be resolved soon
Thank god im not the only one. Support literally doesn't care and says that the issue is on my end which definitely isn't since i did everything that's possible and i can only enter the multiplayer game maybe once a day or in two days.
So what's the solution now? We can't play?
You can find public games but it's really rare. I keep spamming to find games for like 10 times and i can sometimes find a game. The matchmaking is completely broken so yeah you technically cannot play properly. It's like 70% of not entering the game and 30% being able to find the game.
You cannot do anything to fix this as i've already stated that i completely restarted my network settings and did a WINDOWS REINSTALL and it still didn't change anything. EA won't do **bleep** about this. They would rather shut down the servers than fix it.
Don't worry you aren't alone, I have 4 friends that have all bought the game from Steam and they linked their accounts with the EA App.
2 of my friends have no issues and they can connect to me everytime, I always make a private game, it doesn't matter if I invite them or if they join themselves, since it works everytime.
Now... my 2 other friends have the same error: You have lost connection to the other players. If I try to invite them, they just can't join, they can't join themselves either. We tried readding each other. clearing the cache, reinstalling the games, with no effect. If they make the game then I and my other 2 friends can't join them.
Another thing I noticed is in the friends list the 2 friends that don't have issues have speedpoints next to their name, but the 2 other that can't connect have no speedpoints. So I would try checking your friends list to see if the friends that can't connect don't have speedpoints and if yes, then we are on the same boat.
Personally I don't have any connection issue, but I can't figure out why they do, we even checked their firewall and mine to see if there is something blocking the connection, but we allowed everything and still nothing.
I am wondering if you could tell me if you don't see the speedpoints aswell. (and I am not talking about the most wanted list friends, but the friends section in the pause menu).
