I completed a high heat race and I got no new parts after I checked my inventory and swapped cars then checked I restarted my game and I still got no new parts.
Your only option is to continue playing or replay the event, if that is possible. EA Support does not have the capability to restore or grant missing items in Need for Speed Heat.
