High Heat Rewards not showing up & (High Heat not on map fix)

I fixed the issue about the Heat Races not showing up on the map. You have to switch to online mode. Now I can't even get the rewards no matter how many times I complete the heat races. Under my character it says  "High heat Rewards" with the part not showing up. It's bug after bug after bug.
