How can we get the raptor and 69 charger?

If you preorder the deluxe version, you will also get early acsess too some cutrain types of cars. Etc Ford Raptor, those cars will probaly bee in the standard game too. But you willprobaly need too buy them for cash, in deluxe game you will get them as a preorder gift. I hope this help you a lot🙂.

they are in the game and can be unlocked. the deluxe edition pack only unlocks them essentially that pack is a starter pack, not a car pack. 

@driftracerjohn66 When you bought the game you get them on opening day when you first get your game downloaded from what I understand through the pre-order process.

That's not true.
On the Standard Version you also get the cars as gifts.

its a starter pack for both the standard and deluxe editiom and can be earned in game, the pack only gifts you the cars. 

its similar to the preorder packs from Forza where they give you vinyl wrapped versions of cars that are already in the game. 

Provided you don't get the '69 Charger as a 'gift' when you purchase the game I do believe you have to find it in the game world.  The Raptor is probably for sale at your local 'Ford' dealership.
