How can we get the raptor and 69 charger?
When I looked up on the Internet they said their deluxe exclusive and my friend said that that the raptor is deluxe edition Are they available in regular copy of the game or aee they deluxe edition?...

That's not true.
On the Standard Version you also get the cars as gifts.

Click on the "Standard Version" button and see for yourselves.
its a starter pack for both the standard and deluxe editiom and can be earned in game, the pack only gifts you the cars.
its similar to the preorder packs from Forza where they give you vinyl wrapped versions of cars that are already in the game.
Provided you don't get the '69 Charger as a 'gift' when you purchase the game I do believe you have to find it in the game world. The Raptor is probably for sale at your local 'Ford' dealership.
