Well, I can tell you there is no way to play the game a legitimate way without logging into the EA app. Furthermore, as you have said you still have to login and then go offline when paying the game, this what I meant by "yes, you can play the game offline".

I never typed that.
When Origin couldn't get internet access it gave you the option to PLAY OFFLINE.
EA just states, in more words, "YOUR SCREWED" if you have no internet access.
People are replying to comments and stating things they clearly know nothing about.
The plain FACTS are
When I purchased NFSMW 2012, Origin allowed game play without internet access.
NOW
EA took over
and it
DOESN'T allow game play without internet access.
WHY?
I don't even play NFSMW 2012 online anymore.
Everyone is hacked and cheating, these days.
And what is the ILLEGITIMATE way of playing the game without logging into the EA app.?
