Visual points (vp) is rewarded multiple ways. Mostly as one of the 3 REWARDS at the end of an underground race or series race. The amount you can gain from this method is small and will take a lot of races to accumulate a desirable amount. The other method, is to participate in the tournament races and advance as high as you can. The amount of vp can be quite large depending on your rank. You'll also receive some vp as potential tier REWARDS within the tournaments. This is by far the best method of getting large quantities of vp.
