How to apply the Complete Bundle of Need For Speed Rivals game on PC?

I have purchased the Complete Bundle, but do not know how to apply it to the installed game on the PC. Please advise. Thanks.

It seems that the complete bundle pack is unnecessary for NFS - Rivals Complete edition.

Unfortunately, I do not have the download and install option in the Origin app. Attached is the screenshot.
