How to change language?

I am living in Japan but I am not Japanese and I mostly play games in English, but after I came here I "have to" use Japan Origin to buy games (PC) coz it won't let me to if I try to use another Origin.

I just bought Need for Speed Most Wanted today but before download the game, there was only "Japanese" option to choose for the installation language. Then, I started the game and it's all in Japanese and I can't change it, like there is no language option? what should I do?
