I assume you live in a specific country that for this game ENG language is restricted and you may also have some restricted game content I guess.
You may try to find ENG patch for this game but I don't think you'll succeed.
The only solution you may have is to buy an GLOBAL game version.

Damn, it's not fair cuz it's only opposite in steam. The price is almost the same in my country tho, but it's a little more than mine. Seems like i have to buy it on ps4... Thx for answer anyway
