How to edit profile pic that shows by username

I checked throughout the settings and cannot find any option to change my icon picture. When i race other players I notice the have uploaded pictures as their icons. Help please

A bit late but I changed the profile pic on my apple ID and it still won't show on NFS NL. Pls halp!

@Straatford87 I have the same problem as well. I’m using an iOS device. My iCloud profile has a profile picture and the email is Gmail with a profile picture. So how do I fix the NFS No limits profile picture because nothing is there?
