How to get your snapshots from NFS Payback on to your phone's camera roll?

I have some snapshots that I liked and I was wondering if I could get them on to my phone's camera roll. Answers would be much appreciated. 🙂

What platform? I play on Xbox and i just upload them to Xbox Live, after which i download them through the Xbox app on my phone.
