I’m on my ps5 it’s still showing that I have my trophies for nfs heat but
On nfs heat I have my trophies still but it’s not showing any of my saved data on the app it’s trying to make me start back at rank 1 how do I fix

Unfortunately this is a common issue in NFS Heat, nothing can be done except starting all over again. I had this happen to me a few times, I have all of the trophies and yet all my progress is gone. Files are saved locally so nothing can be done, sorry for the bad news.
