If windowed mode did not work for you, try the following please:
- Reducing your monitor's resolution as much as you can (just to perform a test.)
- Launching the game from the hard drive and/or running the game in compatibility mode.
- Make sure that you’ve added the Origin client as an exception to any Firewalls or other Internet Security Software, like Ad-Block, you may have running so that your connection to our servers isn’t blocked.
- Try a clean boot and right after launch the game only. The Clean Boot process disables many background tasks that may be causing interference: How to Clean Boot your PC or Mac
