i cannot accept friend request and recently bought the game to play with ps4 player and i am on pc. thank you for the help

Hey there @lsterling24 Are you getting an error message when trying to accept friend request? Also, have you opted into cross-play? Here is some more information on this:
Need for Speed Heat - Cross-playit reads as
accept ea friend invitation
operation failed.
i have opted into crossplay.
