I cant buy the derelict cars even though I’ve found them.

I found all the derelict cars and wanna build different builds with them but when i go to buy them it says unlocked through finding the derelicts. Someone please explain what’s happening and why i can...

Each derelict has 5 parts, so once you find the chassis, you need to find all of the other parts to build the car in your garage. If you haven't found all of the parts and built them the first time, they will still be locked
