I completed all of the collectibles but yet I didn't reap the rewards

Product: Need for Speed Heat
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug I have completed all activities and collected all collectibles in the game, but I only received the Ferrari 488 Pista as the reward, not the rainbow nitrous, black tire smoke, or the “if you’re happy and you know it” horn.
What car were you using? Acura rsx
Was the car your own build or downloaded from the in-game community? Personal Build
What was the last event you played? None was collecting all collectibles
Was it a day or a night event? Day Event
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Find all the collectables to unlock everything
What happens when the bug occurs? I don't receive three out of the four rewards for completing all of the district I'm missing the rainbow nitrous black smoke and happy and you know it horn I did however get the 488 pista
What do you expect to see? Rainbow nitrous black smoke and happy and you know it horn

Please help I was really looking forward to unlocking everything

    I got mine! I saw this on another post, but you have to finish a heat 5 event and then return to the garage. It will give you the nitrous, horn and tire smoke along with the volatile parts! It's an annoying workaround but it works dude.

    I am so pissed! This happened to me too on PS4! Spent so much time to get all of this and we get rewarded with a stupid bug.. FIX IT!!!!!!

    Yeah I read the same thing and I ended up doing it and it actually worked so that's the way to do it thank you !

    I've completed the game 100% got everything but it never gave me my rainbow nos or black tyre smoke or the happy and u know it horn, but I got the ferarri pista. I grinded 2 days for that rainbow nos and it's not given it me n there nothing left to do.

    I did the heat 5 event and returned to the garage i didnt get my rewards at all and i grinned all day for it. I have all achievements yet i dont have all the rewards.;-;

    I have 100%'ed the entire game including March's add on, with the F1 and the Aston Martin. 6/6 Contracts completed on both vehicles. After 3 staring my last drift activity, I unlocked the Pista, that's it. I've done several High heat races, being at the required heat level also, to see if this "bug" will glitch me my items,, and I only now ever receive a volatile part but Unfortunately it's the screw supercharger, over and over again. Pretty disappointing seeing to only want to grind the game for the final colors and horn, and you only get a car. Yet the RSR can whoop this car, Lol. This game is GREAT without the bugs. I'd say the best one if you added back in the additional features like seen in Need for speed 2 Underground. Maybe even a lowrider, hydraulics competition event or gathering. But the nitrous purge for sure!
