I have a Shift 2 Unleashed serial key from Steam but I can't use it in Origin

I have a legal authentication key from Steam but when I enter it in Origin, it says it's already used. Please help

    Purchase again through origin or continue playing through steam. Cya.

    ADMIN EDIT:

    Instead reach out to an EA Advisor and they might be able to help you get the game into Origin.
