I just learned that there's no free-roam pursuits...
I don't know if you guys already knew this but apparently this is a thing. The only way to start a pursuit is through a bait crate. I mean...really? Come on.

I heard a rumor that multi-player will have cops in free roam. What's up with that?
- If that's the case, there will be even nore outrage because it shows they have the capability but didn't use it. Its probably a ploy to get peoole to play online and do microtransactions.
