I keep getting an error when opening Need For Speed Most Wanted 2012?

Question

Everytime I open up NFS MW 2012, I get a box saying "A DirectX 10 or better graphics card is required. Please ensure you are using a supported graphics card with up to date drivers."

Here are my computer specs:

Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit

Processor: Intel (R) Atom(TM) CPU D525 @ 1.80GHz (4 CPUs),~1.8GHz

DirectX Version: DirectX 11

System Manufacturer: Hewlett-Packed

System Model: HP Dreamscreen 400

and is it nessesary to have NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 560 or ATI RADEON 6950

because i have Intel (R) Graphics Midea Accelerator 3150

It looks like your Graphic cards supports DX 9 however DirectX 11 is required for this game on Widows 7 systems. 
You can still update the driver. To do so, go directly to the manufacturer’s official page. [Redirection to Intel.com]

Then try again, but if DirectX 11 is not supported by your Graphic card, I don't think it will help.

Thanks for providing us with this information. 
Unfortunately this system does not meet the minimum requirement at all.
Not because just because of the DirectX version actually but the system is not powerful enough to run the game.
