I lost my EA ID, after I linked with PSN
My orignial EA ID was HTCPF. I played EA games on PC & steamdeck for years. Games are, NFS HEAT, Unbound, NFS12, Payback, Hotpursuit or some olders.
I got new EA game( NFS Unbound) on PS5, then I linked with EA ID with [edit: email address removed](it just is HTCPF) on the PS5 in NFS Unbound, and change ID to HTCPFSD.
In PS5 NFS Unbound, all data is zero. I downloaded NFS Heat on PS5, data is zero too.
I turned to steamdeck, turned to PC steam, My original EA ID's HTCPFSD has games only HEAT & UNBOUND. The data of these two games gone, after update with EA server.
I found I can search my original EA ID HTCPF from my friends ID. All games is still under him, HTCPF. But I can't sign in with HTCPF with same mail & password.
I think I lost my original EA ID, HTCPF.
Then, I try to find back password on HTCPF, but I saw the mail I never know:
My older games achievement is still on my steam deck. But in games, data is gone, all.
May I get back my original EA ID, HTCPF, PLEASE.

I would recommend reaching out to our support to take a look at your EA accounts,
First, to confirm NFS Heat & NFs Unbound do not support cross-save. So your progress from Steam will not carry over to a PS5.
However, based on the information you mentioned it sounds like we might have unlinked your Steama account from its EA account and linked it to a new EA account. In which case, your progress will no longer be available.
