I need a help restoring my progress

I lost all my progress on nfs payback when i upgraded from ps4 to 5, i didn't found my progress and when i tried to see if it's still available on ps4 i also didn't found anything i tried to see is it was a ps plus cloud save but neither nothing i tried to recover it from hdd on my computer also nothing please ea restore my progress if y can

Progress is locally saved, unfortunately EA does not have the ability to return your progress.

Ea can help restoring the progress but not always
