I purchased NFS Payback and can’t download it

I purchased the FIFA 18 and NFS payback bundle and FIFA 18 downloaded just fine but NFS did not download at all. My network connection is fine and my account is primary on my system. I tried restarting my system and deleting the game and downloading it again and still doesn’t work. PLEASE HELP!
