I wasn't given an achievement

I just completed the story with Dex and they didn't give me the achievement, only the car. I already spoke with technical support and they sent me here. I don't know what to do to get the achievement. It's supposed to be "Friends reunited."

    EA Support or someone else can't grant you missing achievements, you'll need to try earning them again by yourself.
