@Straatford87 I've had this before from EA. Last time I was promised a fix to a game (several times over several months) in the end EA changed their mind and left it broken. After several more months complaining I found a local EA employee who agreed with me and sent compensation for the months of empty promises. At this stage if EA is not fixing it now their is almost zero chance in the future as the focus will move to other games and the cost of changing, testing and deploying would be too high.
Your comment about giving challenges to hardcore NFS gamers I agree with, they will enjoy the challenge. What I don't agree with is adding them to trophies which many non hardcore NFS gamers are interested in. Why not add a platinum time requirement that challenges the hardcore NFS gamers and reward them with something they would care about like different car or graphic for their favourite cars - these gamers don't really care about the trophy. Then link the trophy to a challenging (but slightly more reasonable) gold time.
It would be interesting to see if the people that end up getting this trophy are predominantly trophy hunters who persisted to achieve the trophy or hardcore NFS gamers with limited 100% games. If its the former the difficulty is too high for even hardcore gamers to be interested in attempting it.

I will try clearly explain why we I mean both community Xbox and PS are angry. This is very simple. In past in short time was few examples why people asked for help never got this. Like I said was example, Battlefield, Fifa and even appear example from Xbox about Need For Speed Carbon. Ok but let peace those issue but people will remember about those situation. That's why people propably really wanted trust You that this will be fixed but those examples and action hold about it.
About Need For Speed. Tom topic was created since beginning Prestige Mode so all played this. I still playing trying do this but can't say that this fun because is not. I also love challenge but reasonable challenge this is not reasonable. Also I would like admit that was solution to do hardcoore challenge like right now is for fans and give him additional cars, customization etc because for them will be prestige and a lot people who want challenge do this for this car. Those solution and others got here but instead do something Studio announced that this was last update. Last update means don't do patch, fix problems and etc. Even when everybody read because I still read and keep in my mind Your words but this hard believe because announced news about doing new Need For Speed and announced that this was last update is hard believe people. That's why people still write here because can't agree with this. I also can't agree with this.
About current situation and opinion EA this really Your chance bring back Your good reputation and really consider this what I write right now. This topic unfortunatelly don't reflect good You like company. We are not here to raise hate, bad opinion about this company but we are here to write problems and present few solutions and raise Your good reputation but can't be situation like this is. Like I said this situation is above me because I am not one who is angry and can't agree with this situation but a lot people.
About You like person. I don't have nothing against You and respect You. I haven't to agree but always respect second person. This is also a message to both community. Please guys I know that situation have a lot controversy but please respect this guys. We are all human and nobody deserve read "monkey of EA", "sadist" etc. Guys calm down because we can write our opinion but critic someone who don't know how is in real life is totally not fair. So calm down and write only opinion. Beside this one of the guy who should more respect than others because he at least answered us so it means that this guys suit for this job .
Also Tom. Still read about future. Can i know propably when this will be fixed? Because right now all what I know is no more update to Need For Speed.
