Impossible to load the game/login

@GoldKnight81  Do these steps:

1. Try changing from your data connection (3G or 4G) to Wi-Fi, or vice-versa.

2. Turn off your mobile device and turn it back on again.

hey man, thanks for suggestions, but i did already try to restart the device, delete cache and datas, reinstall the game, but nothing changed. can't switch tru 3g/4g to wi-fi cos my zenpad 10 z300m doesn't have any other connection apart wi-fi, i did already try to reset it also, but nothing.

The problem seems connected to my savegame on the cloud, cos i did try to join the game with another google account and the game actually starts without any issue, when i go back to my account, even after deleting my data and cache, it ask me to continue with my previous save (as it should be) i click on it, i give confimartion, it try to load and boom, frozen on that page with the orange circle which stop to turn aswell...

i do not receive any error message or anything else, i left it to see if it was just slower, but after 20-30 minutes i closed the application. Ah, yesterday it was working smoothly, so it is not related to new patch aswell, i closed the game and today i loged again and couldn't load... boh

Thanks again for ur help, if u have any other suggestion, i'm rdy to listen or try them 🙂

Little update: i did just try to load the game again, and now it doesn't freeze anymore, it just crash after few seconds of loading screen >.< i just deleted cache and data again, i tried to restart the device 3 times, reinstalled game and still the same... wth is goind on -.-''

@GoldKnight81 are you able to login to Google Play Games app?
