Infinite "Retrieving your custom wraps"

Since Saturday (August 8, 2026), I haven't been able to use the vehicle skin/warp customization system. There are no connection error messages, just an endless "Retrieving your custom warps" prompt. ...

I couldn't even test the warping system. My cars are all in their default color.

I know the issue can be bypassed by selling your cars, this worked for me a few years back. I would consider this an extreme solution.

Maybe try talking with EA support before trying the previously mentioned method.
