Infinite "Retrieving your custom wraps"

Since Saturday (August 8, 2026), I haven't been able to use the vehicle skin/warp customization system. There are no connection error messages, just an endless "Retrieving your custom warps" prompt. I can't change any vehiclecolor, only the wheel color.
