When i launch need for speed i get this error .invalid license. reason code = Missing Dll: [MSVCP120.dll] Error: 0xC1

After installing c ++ 2013 c ++ 2015 x64 x86 I uninstalled the game. I restarted. I installed the game again and it still doesn't work the same after I deleted the cache

as I was advised in live chat  

 after I have completed all the possible variants, the error has not been resolved, I will post other solutions here. I bought the game and I would like to enjoy it
