Is the Find Players function in NFS Heat broken now too?

No matter who I search on Find Players, no one shows up... I just wanna add my friend and play but I'm about to give up and move on from the first EA game I've played since Underground 2 because

1st the license plates break and you can't change them...then the community wraps breaks and no longer loads...now this.

I get this game is "old" but come on, it still has an active player base and even New Players still wanting to buy it and come play it but at this rate it's gonna fall apart til it's unplayable.
