Is the refund system a myth?
I requested a refund within the first hour of buying this game. I uninstalled the game, so no more time was added. This was last wednesday (28th November). It's the first time I requested a refund on this platform and was just wondering if EA ignores these requests? I have my reasons for requesting the refund that goes beyond the small amount of money spent on this game, but since I requested it within the 24 hours of starting I would have thought it would be automatic. I've had no email response since Origin accepted the request and put it to pending but the game, whilst not installed, still offers me the download.
Is this normal on Origin?
