Is there a solution for the unsaved controls?

You mean your settings for the controls are not saving? Have you made sure the settings files are set to Read/Write, and not just Read Only? 

Just an idea worth checking 🙂 

I bought the game two days ago... I have the same problem. By coincidence, do you have an accent (é, ê ,ç ...) in your Windows user name?

Hello EA and the community!

Some users like me can not save their controls. The controls are put by default at each reboot of the game. The problem seems to be that the file: controls.NFS13Save is not created on windows accounts with accents.

I tested this with 3 accounts on my computer:

François

Fraçnois

Test

The only account controls.NFS13Save file is created is the account Test.

I do not want to create another account on windows because I have a lot of things. I am currently on Windows 8 Professional x64. If you need more information please let me know.
