I have exactly the same problem, not with the livery but with the "Maserati GT MC Stradale". I unlocked the "Overwatch Challenge #3", finished the race and unlocked the car.
At the next day, I started the game and my Maserati is re-locked, but I can see on my "Driver details" Car purchased: 22/22.
I tried everything to get this car back. NFS Network sign in, sign out. Starting the game, quit the game.
I hope, this problem will be fixed very soon.
Sometimes, my liverys are re-locked. But at the moment, the liverys are still unlocked.
Thanks Montrey1987. Indeed this is also what happened to some other players according to the previous comments in this thread.
However it does not seem to be specific to the PS4 platform - A PC player also posted a comment here for the same issue.As soon as more info is available I will post a message.
I having the same issue on the xbox360 as well

I have a problem a bit similar but when I check everything in my autolog, there is no overwatch challenge. On nfs network it says i have 2 pending when i am lvl 19 in overwatch. There are no challenges but it says there are some pending.
Any news ?

I bought the game a few days ago. I am level 50 Overwatch, I drove the Bentley (both Patrol and Enforcer) and it locked itself after restarting the game.
This issues hasn't been fixed yet, on August 2014.

I also have the same problem on my ps3. My liveries are re-locked but i still have my maserati gt mc stradale for now. please fix this EA
all my cars and as far as I can tell my liveries too (can't find them so maybe just looking wrong for those) remained locked. after looking into it for months now I'd hope you where able to alteast figure out if it's something that can be fixed. Hell you could've rewritten half the game if you wanted too so ANY NEWS???? UPDATES????? anything?
- I have had a similar problem aswell, I am level 50 on overwatch, which I completed on my ipad, and I have everything you can unlock on overwatch except the illuminati livery(not sure if I spelt that right) on the Maserati stradale, and it's really bugging me, I have tried looking on my overwatch playlist now and again, but it always says I have no overwatch challenges, and I can't unlock anymore because I'm level 50, if anyone knows something else I could try, it would be much appreciated, and I will inform if it works or does not so you can give me any other ideas if you have any 🙂
