Goorat - I do not if you are referring to the very same issue mentioned in this thread (it sounds like it): [PC] - Black screen issue but, if so, the team has investigated. Please find below the conclusions:

thats some fix they did, a year on and still the same issue. install but will prob never play the game due to this issue. your company wanna be ashamed of its self
