Hi, this message can indicate that the EA account that's linked to your console account is blocked.
If you log into help.ea.com using the console login option, you should then be able to see the EA account that's linked to your console account. You can reset the password on this account, and once this is done your account should be back up and running.
Thanks. Yes but how do you get to that part of account management?
