it said this account does not meet the minimum requirements error code 00000002

I have today tried to use my sons account to access Need for Speed and I get cannot connect to EA server - Error code 0000002.

I have looked around at the previous errors to this and everything I can see is all ok - he as a EA account and  the e-mail address is the same as his Xbox Account.

• There cannot be any technical problems as I can access on my account and my eldest son can on his.....so the xbox one setting themselves are fine.
• I have matched his xbox profile with that of my eldest son - so its not that.
• He has an EA account

I remember I had problems when adding my eldest sons last year and I had to manually add his xbox account to my Origin account to get this to work, however I cannot see a way I can do that now??  the button appears to have gone!  All i can do is add a friend, but not connect to an xbox account?

Any help please, I don;t fancy waiting on the phone for ages!
