If you're using an Xbox, did you try logging out of EA through the App Menu button and then logging back in? That seemed to work for me a while back.

DICE TeamWe have made a change that should have resolved the issue for players, yesterday.
If you are still experiencing issues something else might be wrong with your settings. Please take a look at our basic troubleshooting guide:
