I might be late but I know how to fix this... Go to your documents folder with the Need for Speed save game... Origin saves your game to the cloud automatically so don't worry. Delete the Need for Speed folder in the Documents folder. Now go back into your game, when you do it should recreate this folder and put the save from the cloud back into it... fixing your game if your on pc.
