Jaguar xj220... RIP OFF. Never any blueprints!!!

I've been paying thousands on this game for years.

I want to go forward with the campaign but the car I need (xj220) has not had any available blueprints,  upgrades or anyway of upgrading it for at least 18 months. 

WHY give us a car that can never be upgraded??? 

Seriously,  what's the point?

Give us some Jaguar XJ220 blueprints!!!!!
