In Most Wanted 2005, You could also get exclusive "Junkman" parts for your car after beating a Blacklist member and choosing a reward marker from the boss. You could then go to the Performance / Visual shop and go to the Backroom to claim it for one of your cars whenever you wanted.
They were also in Carbon, and maybe even Prostreet (Not sure though)
I think these parts should remain as exclusive rewards first, and then once you beat the Career mode, they will be earned in new ways.
