I'm experiencing this problem with the Xbox 360 version of Most Wanted - I can't unlock the Movie Fan license plate.
Looking at my Multiplayer milestones, it says on the Motorhead milestone for the Dodge Charger R/T that I only have 9/10 of the non-DLC mods required.
However, if I look in my car customisation, I actually have all of the mods available, even the DLC ones. Also, I actually have the Motorhead license plate for the Dodge Charger, even though the Milestone says I shouldn't.
Please can this be patched, it's very frustrating to have put so much time into these milestones, only to not be rewarded!
