Loaded Garage Pack Question

Is this pack meant to unlock any cars? I was led to believe that it would give me access to cars but I'm not able to.

I could already access the GT-R with a game code but I haven't received any racer car?

    Right.. Well I don't think it's work the effort to contact bloody EA customer support. They don't have the first idea what they're doing

    Maybe if someone UPDATED IT all these people wouldn't have to complain to Sony and EA
