I bought the lotus for drag races yesterday. I decaled the car all up with the parts from the lootboxes. I also won multiple races with it too. Today the car is missing and all the money I spent is gone!

Make sure that the car isn't in your warehouse. When you have a car selected in the garage, you should see a garage icon and you can swap the current vehicle with one in the warehouse. You can only have 5 cars in the garage at once.

Similar thing just happened to me. Drove to the garage in the Ford Raptor, built the derelict Nissan Fairlady, and now the Ford Raptor is gone from the garage. :-(

That was the first place I looked. It really is gone and EA sucks. EA support system is abysmal so I learned to never buy another need for speed game again.

Hey just go to a race of the kind you bought your car. Then when you switch car at the race you now can choose your lost car. The other car will now be gone but think you might fix this by buying a garage

I haven't lost a car but my game keeps freezing. Naturally, I contacted EA for help. They were supposed to chat with me 45 minutes after my request was made. 8 hours later, they had still not responded. This is the worst customer support I've seen.

I also lost my Corvette after I had built the mustang derelict

Are we supposed to just take this loss? Spent a lot of money on that car.

I found out you can change it in your garage over the dealer button (the button far right).
You can only have 5 Cars in your garage, the rest will drop to the dealer.
Simple Change, doesn´t cost anything.

The active car will always go to the dealer if you add a sixth car.

Did you try "swap with warehouse" when in the garage?

its in the storage then. click on one of your cars then go to the thing that says swap in storage. click it and then find your raptor

I have a fix. Once you are in your garage, there is a storage spot called your 'warehouse'. Once in there, the categories will be at the top. Just scroll through the different categories

The cars are in the warehouse, the problem is that the preview of each one does not have the customization applied, they are only personalized when you select them..

I have the same problem, I bought the limited edition and after I found that Nissan, now my raptor lost!!!!

Go to garage. Select car your using and in th3 tabs it should have one that says swap with warehouse. Any other car you buy goes here

Definitely had the same thing with two different vehicles now. On Feb 2nd 2018 I bought and started using a BMW as a drift car. The second trophy from the bottom is for getting 350,000 points in a drift trial. I got the trophy! Can I find the car today, nope! More annoying I bought that $700,000 car that looks like a combination between a 1930s Ford coupe and a F1 car. I spent time making a cool decals set for it and called it a day. I didn't notice that it was missing until I noticed my BMW missing. I didn't even get to use it ! And no, the vehicles aren't in the warehouse like people on here suggest and I also can't switch to them at the events. They are legitimately gone along with the money and time wasted on them. I even took pictures of the expensive car and saved them.
