Lost cloud save after new download
Hello, I want to replay Need for Speed "Heat" after changing my computer, but when I finish downloading it I find that my save file no longer exists, I have 25 hours of steam logs and now my game acc...

Unfortunately there is no way that you can restore your files, this is a well known issue in NFS Heat. You will have to start all over again, no way around it unfortunately.

So for EA its normal for people to lose their progress with an excuse "well known issue in NFS Heat", a game which got released in 2019 and still has bugs and poor performance, but i get it, you get money from those people to buy your poor developed games, who cares if they lose their progress am i right? We dont pay enough for you to have reliable cloud servers i suppose. There goes all of my progress because Microsoft's one drive decided to destroy my files without ever launching it. Continue strong EA, dont forget to sell yourself to China for total destruction. 🤡
