Low FPS on powerful hardware

Unplayable low fps (about 15-25) on 10-hour demo (a.k.a 'full version') and low CPU (~50%) & GPU (~25%) usage.

My specs:
Win10x64 pro 1903
i7-6700
32GB DDR4

GTX 1080 Ti
Triple monitor config, surround off, playing on 1 monitor. 1080p @ 60 Hz

Changing graphics (low, high, vsync, fullscreen, whatever) settings makes no difference.
Tried reinstalling video drivers, disabling any overlays such as nvidia experience.

I can't disable Origin ingame overlay. I turned off both settings - origin and game. And yet it still loading with game.

Also tried clean boot - no success. Even did chkdsk (both system and games hdd) and 'sfc /scannow' - no errors.

System temperatures are fine. Checked with AIDA64, CoreTemp and MSI Afterburner.

Other games (like Gears 5, The Division, Metro Exodus, Forza Horizon 4) works flawlessly on ultra settings.
It reminds me of Anthem demo - I had similar issues and found no solution besides deinstalling. Frostbite issues?

I have no intentions of ruining my PC configuration (I did nothing with Windows system settings), messing with hardware or moving to PS4 or XB1. I'll wait for fix or simple workaround. For now - this is unplayable.
