"Make a name" mission not working

Summarize your bug I just started the game, finished the "test drive" mission and now Anna is waiting at the gas station to start the "make a name" mission. When I arrive there, I don't see the popup to start the mission. Drove around the gas station, nothing happens. Finished the 2 races and tried again, nothing happens...
