Mercury Cougar

I was there back in the days and everyone was buying Chevy, Fords, or Oldsmobile.

Also, it was not the fastest car either. 

I'll  inform you of one good thing the 1970 Cougar Eliminators were recorded to have been equipped with Boss 429s from the factory.

The 1970 models also got an increased gear ratio of 3.25:1. 

This gave the car handling capabilities over the base Cougar models but comparable to other muscle cars on the market.

Still was not the fastest but a fun car to own and drive.

Yeah. most muscle cars had a lot of power but the main weak points were the amount of gears and the gear ratios. They got up and went but they were not very fast.
