When my son loads up NFS Most Wanted, an Origin/EA window appears and the message reads: SORRY YOU DO NOT MEET THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS TO CREATE A ORIGIN/EA ACCOUNT. This is stopping him playing in multi-player mode. How can this be changed?

I am using my account ( I am age 46), to connect my son's WiiU game. Same daft problem. Did you get a useful answer to your problem yet? Could it be a problem related to the console being linked to his personal account ( although he is age 15 atm)?
Needless to say that Faq and so on do not help much either...
